Service Requests

Service Requests may be submitted through the Electronic Tenant® Solutions Service Request System via the building specific links below, or the quick links located on each page of the tenant portal. In the instance of a medical or building emergency we ask tenants to contact 911 first and if possible, place a second call to the Management Office.

To submit a request via the Electronic Tenant® Service Request System:

  1. Simply click on the applicable building link above
  2. Enter your username and password

Once you have logged into the system, you will be presented with four options:

  1. Submit a Service Request
  2. View your Existing Requests
  3. Update Contact Information
  4. Manage Notifications

For detailed instructions on submitting requests through the Electronic Tenant® Service Request System please click here (opens in new window). Please contact Building Management to be set up with a username and password.

PLEASE NOTE: For all emergency after-hours/weekend service requests, please call the main office at 303-788-6374 to reach the on-call engineers.
